3. Products & Custom Jewelry

We offer ready-to-wear and custom-made jewelry.

3.1 Product Description We strive for accuracy in product images and descriptions. However:

• Colors may vary due to screen displays.
• Natural stones and handmade pieces may have slight variations.
• Minor variations do not constitute defects.

3.2 Custom Jewelry Orders Custom and personalized jewelry (including engraved, made-to-order, or specially designed pieces):

• Require full or partial upfront payment.
• Cannot be canceled once production has started.
• Are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
• Production timelines are estimates and may vary.

By approving a custom design, you accept responsibility for design accuracy (including spelling, measurements, and specifications).

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in AED/USD.
• Prices exclude international customs duties and taxes (if applicable).
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

We accept payment via:

Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.

5. International Orders, Shipping & Customs

We ship internationally.

• Delivery times vary by destination.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
• We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Customs & Import Duties International customers are responsible for:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• VAT or other local charges

We are not responsible for customs delays, additional fees, or refused shipments. If a package is refused and returned, shipping fees and customs charges will be deducted from any eligible refund.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Eligible Returns Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

• Unworn and unused
• In original packaging
• Not damaged by the customer

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made jewelry
• Personalized or engraved items
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
• Final sale items

6.3 Damaged or Defective ItemsIf your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

• Suspected fraud
• Payment issues
• Incorrect pricing
• Stock unavailability

If canceled by us, you will receive a full refund. Customers may request cancellation only before the order is processed or production begins (for custom orders).

8. Jewelry Care & Disclaimer

Our jewelry should be handled with care. We are not responsible for damage caused by:

• Chemicals, perfumes, or cosmetics
• Improper storage
• Normal wear and tear
